I have had to buy some parts from my dealer and I thought the prices where fair.
The actual parts for the tractor I bought I think where fairly priced. I have cheap plastic door on my truck's overhead that Ford wants something like $30 for a $1 part. I had to buy a new housing for fuel filter. The package included the part I needed as well as a new fuel bowl and maybe a filter for $40ish.
I have had to replace hydraulic lines on my 4n1 bucket. My dealer was about $20. NAPA down the road was $30.
I buy my oil, air, and fuel filters for my Ford truck from my JD dealer. His prices are what I would pay at the parts store and the JD dealer always has what I need in stock which is more than I can say for the numerous parts stores I used to stop at until I found what I needed. My dealer mails the filters to me for about $5.
I guess I got a good dealer.
