not my favorite thing to do with my little garden tractor and blower, but, it had to be done.
stepdaughter and hub called cuz their mailbox had disappeared and the driveway
was closing in on them. took me about an hour, and we had to use a steel shovel
to break down the banks as they were frozen solid. nice little project to do
in 0 degree weather, at least it wasn't windy. my bad for not getting
before pics

a lot of the issue here is the walk behind blower i gave them to use
just doesn't throw the snow far, so he ends up with huge banks. with my
tractor, the snow just goes up and away and i normally don't get that
kind of buildup near the driveway.

Can almost see the layers of snow storms...fingers cross for slow melt.

Those pics make me feel much better about the 12" of snow I have in my yard.
