Something isnt adding up with your story.
WHo forced you to file with your ins company?
Shouldnt the other guys ins handled it? And even so, who MADE you file the claim with yours.
when the other guy notifies his insco, they contact the other inco and try to make them pay. Makes no difference if I file or not. They get notified.
And an annual surcharge for 6 years?? for a minor claim?? and for your only claim?? I know insurance companies suck, but never heard anyone doing that.
This is Massachusetts, the insurance scam state. We can't even have some of the same insurance companies as you do because they're 'not approved' by the "state insurance commissioner". Yup, all companies have to follow the rules set up by the 'commissioner'. That means in order to be able to sell insurance in this state, someone pays someone.
If you get a traffic ticket...immediate surcharge. If you don't have your inspection sticker up to date, surcharge. First surcharge is about $300/year. Second one within a certain time is more, much more. Third time is even more with a possible license suspension.
The state has it's hands in the pockets of the inscos and the inscos have their hand in the pockets of the pols, so they can make more egregious rules and help out the inscos. They work hand in hand.
Oh, by the way, are you behind in your child support? Goodbye license. Goodbye gun permit. Goodbye car registration.
Have you not paid your latest annual 'excise' (property tax to you out of staters)? Goodbye license. Goodbye gun permit. Goodbye car registration.
That's right we pay a tax on each vehicle we register, annually, in addition to the registration fee. If you haven't paid the tax on one car and you have 2 or more, you loses both of them.
Every time we sell a vehicle, the new owner must pay a sales tax on it's value. The state determines it's value, it's not necessarily what you paid for it, it's what they say it's worth...unless you're a licensed dealer.
When I gave the car to my granddaughter, I filled out a form stating it was a gift, so no sales tax applied, but there was a $25 fee for filing the statement of gift form.
I'm just starting..........................
So without more details, or proof, I dont believe the story.
Don't care whether you believe me or not.
