Lee, it look like your big doors rest flush with the slab...there is no step to keep water from seeping under the door, I know it will seep since my door is that way...if I only knew then I would not have water seping through the seal every time it rains.
The shop does look good though.
I know what you mean by fill, I am still adding fill to the lean to side of mine to level it out some.
With the amt. of fill you added it my settle some after a few years...hopefully it won't be under your slab.

we worked the dirt as best we could and put the dirt down in very small lifts then spread with a dozer and ran back over it with the next lift with a cat 420 4wd ext hoe backhoe. It was working very well. I'm sure it'll settle some but hopefully it'll be ok.
