I have a 4WD 1925 and a 1630 4WD with SS that is a parts tractor. I was considering putting the SS on the 1925. Anyone do a swap? I know the SS $400 bearing is bad, and I'm missing the short shaft on the front axle I think about $350. I probably need to do seals and stuff too, but the 1925 is leaking so it needs seals too.
I don't think anything is different besides the front axle and have the complete 1630 to steal parts from.
Never used a SS so not sure if it is worth it. The 1925 has no loader and would be for cutting grass only.
