It makes no sense to me why they would do this. From a competitive standpoint - it would be a step backwards. I agree... back when I bought my tractor originally I couldn't get the universal from the factory ... so I blew it off and later did a conversion. Makes no sense to me either that they would do this. I'm assuming they are trying to sell more of their own attachments by doing it -- but I'm thinkin' they'll lose initial sales in the process.
