Quality of Hydraulic Fittings

There is a store in Spokane - House of Hose - that deals only in hydraulics. Due to an unintended act of stupidity - I had to purchase a new hydraulic hose from them. The fittings are Pioneer. This replacement hose has lasted eight years and is still in great shape.

My previous and first tractor - Ford 1700 4WD - went 27 years without needing any new hoses. There were all in good shape when I traded it in, in 2009. It pays to keep rubber products out of the sun.

I buy a ton of Pioneer from Surplus Center, haven't had an issue with any of them yet.
