Last week when I got my rotary cutter I had 37 hours on my B7500 and tonight I have 46 hours. 2.5 mowing, just over an hour dragging small trees/limbs and the rest cuttin' the hillside off. Manily under growth but some tiny trees under 1". No problems at all, except one shear pin.

I do wish Kubota had put an "idiot your parking breaks is set light" on the instrument panel. I had a good 15 minutes of hmmmm this stuff seems to be harder to cut than before, ahhhhhhh darn parking break is on syndrome happening.

Planning on my 50 hour service next week.

As I'm sure you've heard several times now, you really do get to where you can "hear" it when the brake is set. I rarely go 5 feet any more when I forget.

theboman, you aren't the only one. I did the same thing this weekend. Probably mowed 1/2 acre
with the break on. The rear end got pretty warm.
Glueguy, I agree that distinctive "whine" tells you the breaks are on,
but with the brush cutter powered up, there was just too much noise to hear it.
Some day when I have nothing else to do ( right) I will look into wiring
a break light switch to turn on the flashers.
