Things are a little worse for my brother in the Laidley valley though, his house is on a hill and he is surrounded by water...and he has run out of beer :laughing:

NO BEER tragedy. We were hit with some bad floods in 06, seems like the rain has not stopped since :confused2:{atleast during summer}. We could not leave for 3 days it took all the bridges out around us. In away it was pleasent no traffic, just the local families and quiet.

Climate change folks are already jumping all over this one. I'm still in the Philippines, flooding every where and over 40 dead. Not making the news, and flooding has taken place here for many, many years. Nothing to see folks, move along.
