There was a movie that had a man on a horse and there was a scene that lasted a very long time and all you heard was the horse walking. Clip clop clippty clop..

(OK you can start making fun of me)

I said it was a Eastwood Movie but I cannot come up with the title.

It was just on TV a few weeks ago.

I have to come up with this answer before my Debbie.

Hmmmm...... /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Could it have been High Plains Drifter ? I seem to remember something like that in that movie.

If I'm right, what do you get from Debbie??

Of course, you could always do a Goggle search by typing in Clip clop clippty clop.. ! /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Either High Plains drifter or Fistfull of dollars. I am a ardent fan of Westerns but the spaghetti westerns have never been my favorite. Clipy clipity clop. Dave

First of all I LOVE your handle! Too funny! I think it was High Plains Drifter too. I am an avid western fan, have copies of everything John Wayne ever made (except the war ones) Silverado, Purgatory, why am I trying to list them, there's not enough room. There's a new one out 'Open Range' I cannot wait to go see that, and add it to my collection

An Amish drive by shooting... /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

DISCLAIMER. I live in Amish country. I was told this story by an Amish girl who just grinned ear to ear when she delivered the punch line. I've since told it to some Amish carpenters who laughed at it. No one took offense. I hope no one here does, either. If anyone cares to ask that I remove this post, I will do so. It is not my intent to offend.

Gary, I'm just a little West of you in Huntington County.

I had a Amish Brick Mason tell me the same joke and a few others that I definately would not type on here.

Nobody should be offended by your post.

a Favorite Western?

For me it would have to be "Lonesome Dove". Robert Duvall's Boss in the new "Open Range", is pretty much the same character as Gus in Lonesome Dove. He should win an Oscar for this role.
