Rural service can have one wire high voltage and one static wire. The secondary on the customers transformer provides the 110/220.
Some guy wires have an insulator where two sections of guy wire loop through each other and compress against the porcelain. Rosco P. Knucklehead shoots the insulator and the insulator shatters the two loops of guy wire are still together but probably a tad looser.
