Ground level deck... How? Dig down the dirt and build a frame?
Even though I wrote "ground level", what I meant was "slightly elevated".
Level the ground (be careful about the weight of your tractor on the tank), and then put PT 2x6 on the ground. The deck will end up being 6" above ground.
