Oil & Fuel Question on TC30 Oil Cooler Hose Replacements

First post here after along time lurking on this great site! I recently purchased a gently used 2006 TC30. I noticed today that I had a hydraulic leak starting from one of the oil cooler lines. After some research I see that is a very common issue with these tractors. Rather than buying the replacement NH part for $18 a pop I was wondering if anyone has replaced theirs with a high pressure line (4,000+ PSI)? Seems using a higher pressure hose would solve the issue of them bursting. Maybe something like this: Hydraulax Tough Hydraulic Hose. Also, anyone know the diameter of the hose? Thanks for any help!

I can't say if anyone went with a stronger hose to handle the pressures. Those hoses you linked have a wire braid so maybe that would help but they may be harder to bend and would they put a side load on the brazed nipple coming off the cooler? I have a friend with a TC35 and he had two coolers fail at that point.
I went with the hard pipe solution and never had another issue. Someone suggested a radius (270º) to overcome the short hose with a tight bend.
I mic'd my hard pipe and it is 5/8".

Thanks for the reply. I was wondering if they would be to rigid. On the TC30 it's a straight shot from the cooler to the pipe and the link pipe is only about 4". I'm going to hit the auto parts place today and see what they have. They also do hydraulic hose so I might be able to get something that will work.

My mistake, I thought you were dealing with the infamous "short hose with a 90º bend" problem.
I don't believe there are lot of posts reporting problems after the re-design. I would probably just head to the parts store and get a good hose if mine needed replaced.
