Simple, otherwise content has to be developed twice, once for the web and once for display on a TV. It sounded like Mike/Rose wanted to utilize content that was already available, i.e., the web content.rswyan said:Mmmmmm .... just curious .... what are you basing that on ?
I agree that using a laptop is a bad idea. Where I've seen this work, it's been with monitors attached to a wall or attached to a cabinet (keyword is attached) with a desktop locked away behind the wall or beneath the monitor. Which is what Mike asked about initially, i.e., a long cable running from a PC to a monitor in the store.
So, in summary
1. Use existing web content displayed on computer equipment.
2. Develop new, NTSC friendly content on a TV via a cheap DVD player.
