I've been looking at the BX23 and B3030 recently. I really like the specs and features of the 3030 but the price is a hard sell to my better half /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

I saw a few threads about someone's BH75 and breaking a tooth or two. I really like the 4pt hitch on the BH75. It looked like a solid desgn to me but then I've never used a backhoe before.. I just know I have a list of things I'd LIKE to do /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

I'm interested in anyone's experience with the BH75s. When the BH isn't on, you can still use other 3pt implements as normal? Does the subframe interfere with the MMM or 3pth implements when its not attached... /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Thanks

I would not let that worry you. It was almost certainly a fluke. I know I've beat the heck out of the teeth on my BL4690A backhoe and without a hint of a problem. Essentially the same size hoe on the same size tractor as the B3030, in my case a B2910.

I don't have any experience with the BH75, but if I could I would trade my 3PH backhoe in on one. I keep asking my dealer if there is a kit to fit one one the B2910...but apparently not.

Let us know which tractor you end up going with. Either would probably work on your 5 acres...depending on your needs/wants... /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I'm thinking I might just get the 3030, FEL and 72" MMM. I think I migt rent an excavator for some trenchwork and see if I really need the backhoe. I know I *want* it... /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif I've just hit a wall on what our budget is for this. I'm wondering if 2 yrs from now the BH75 will cost substantially more?? So many choices.. bight the bullet now and get the backhoe too or rent one. It sure would be convenient.
Thanks Henro..

The problem with renting is making the time and completing the project in the alloted time you have, if you already have the BH then time is on your side.
