I picked up my new grapple yesterday and unloaded it from the trailer this morning. The bucket came off easy as pie, but when I tried to attach the grapple, the R side pin wouldn't come down, despite quite a bit of effort. It doesn't line up and won't go into the top hole.
Has anyone else had this problem? I unloaded it with just one pin in place, but obviously cannot use it that way.
I tried to call the dealer, but no answer; perhaps they're closed this morning.
