More loader questions....

I'd like to hear from owners what types of attachments they use on their loaders with the Quick Attach feature. My first thought was that I don't need this option as I can't think of what I'd ever use it for. I'd like to gain some additional knowledge about it before I regret it after the purchase.

Thanks again - this site is the best!

Pallet forks - I use them more than the bucket! But I do switch often. Plus, my shed isnt deep enough, so I drop the bucket, raise the loader arms and pull in.

Hello. Well, I don't know what size of tractor that u have (or plan on getting), but I have a case dx40(same as nhtc40)and have the q/a system on my loader. I have a q/a forks and a bale (3)spear. The forks have come in handy, I can just put whatever on palletts and move it easily. They also make moving logs and such that normally maybe too long to fit in a bucket. I have read somewhere on here that they put their wood for there stove on pallets and move it with the forks close to there house. Of course the bale spear comes in handy when taking care of large bales. when and if you need to use these attachments they q/a just takes a minute to take off and put the new one on. I guess that the q/a system just makes things alot easier. All of this will depend on what size of your tractor, and what u use it for. I hope this helps some. Griz.

Forks, bucket, and a bale spike.

Next will be a hydraulic PHD. Also can be used for rental concrete hammer and other bobcat attachments.

By all means get the quick attach for the loader,I did not and already regret it.But while we are on this subject does anyone know if there is an after market q/a plate that will pin to the 32La New Holland loader? Thanks

Bucket, pallet forks, grapple bucket (soon), any attachment that will hook up to it. Yes there is a QA plate available for the 32LA loader, but I don't know the manufacturer, your dealer should be able to help.

I have a WorkSaver grapple attachment on theTC40D. The switch over from the bucket to the grapple is quick. It takes a few minutes to get the hoses to the couplers on the back of the tractor. An additional set of mid couplers near the 4 used for the loader would speed it up further.

Don't forget about the 3PT adapter that lets u use the stuff on the rear on the front.
The 3PT carry-all works good on the front too.
A landscape rake on the front is great for work close to the house or other tight areas.
A blade and the boxblade work good up front for the finish work.
A 3PT gin pole gives u an extra 6-8' of reach when it is on front.
I use this stuff on my SSL because I have too but on a tractor it helps make some jobs easy.

Absolutly !!! get the Quick-Tach system !!!!
It's kind of like getting your first car with power windows, you will never regret it or want to go back.
I have and use, my bucket, pallet forks, my dumpster masher and a soon to be front mounted hydraulic snow plow.

I just ordered the ATI Tach-All adapter for my 7308 FEL. I'm getting 48" forks and a slightly used HD bucket (rather than cut up and weld my current becket) to use with the Tach-All. If you are just ordering a tractor, get the quick attach setup.
