This is my first build. I wanted to make a lightweight quick attach that didn't push the attachments out changing the geometry of the loader. I also want a snow pusher so I decided to make that first and get the quick attach working before cutting into the bucket. I will be building it mostly out of scrap to keep costs down. I made a trip to the local steel yard and bought some cut offs for 55 cents/pound. I also have an old plow. My brother machined the hooks for me at his work.

This is the part that goes on the loader. My neighbor made the bushing for me on his lathe.

This is the part that will go on the attachment. I am making this in a way I haven't seen anywhere.

Adjustable height and swivel. I'm quite happy with how it came out and a foot of snow is in the forecast. :D

I got about 8 inches of snow last night and it worked great. I pile up all the snow behind my barn so the snow pusher is the best way to get it all back there. By doing this I won't get all the stones in my yard like I did when I just pushed to the side of the driveway. In the spring I will have a nice pile of stone to repair the driveway with.

Is the quick attach just for the plow or will it be used with the bucket as well? I don't see a way to keep a bucket from swinging if you tried to pull backward with it since there is no lower pin on the bucket side.

It will be used with the bucket and hopefully some pallet forks.
There is a plate welded at an angle on the bottom that keeps it from sliding down.
There are square u bolts that are hooked by rotating the pipe with the center lever. It is strong enough to lift the front of the tractor off the ground with the front tips of the wings. I tried to break it and bent the lever so I added the brace and its been good since.
