The Quick Bite is very similar in operation to an autolock coupler found on gooseneck trailers:

28" - 38" Gooseneck Trailer Coupler - 24K - 4" Square Auto Lock Trailer Coupler LL2516ST
Gooseneck Coupler - 24K Auto Lock Trailer Coupler SM2516NP

I have had a similar style of coupler installed on two gooseneck trailers I've owned. Works exceptionally well. You simply gently back up into it until it closes. If I had a bumperpull trailer I think an autolock coupler like the Quick Bite would also be ideal.

It looks pretty cool. I pull my big trailer 4to5 times a month. Each time I unhook it I put a brick behind the left side rear Truck tire. When I back up the next time, I usually get it right on the first try. If I am off a little I can shift the coupler just enough to slide on the ball. If the Trailer is Loaded when I hook up the shifting won't work. That may take two tries.

I think this hitch will sell. I see new trailer pullers buying it more so than guys that has been pulling trailers for years. Some people make hooking up seem harder than it really is.
