Quick Hitch Adapter Bushings

I use the ones offered by Land Pride, now Kubota. Their QH manual lists some and the implement manuals list the others. Their manuals are downloadable free. I buy the longest ones and cut them in half. Perfect fit. I tried finding bushing stock with negative results. Keep the bushings well greased on each implement (8 sets of 3); got tired of trying to find them. Hired help still loses them for some reason.

I have been buying cat 2 to 3 pins then drilling out my cat 1 holes to fit. Stronger and no bushings to mess with.

Umm.... Needed bushing in a hurry and found 1 inch water pipe worked for/on 7/8 pins on lower pins for QH and 3/4 pipe worked on upper pin for "hook".... Maybe not best but it works.... Category 1 QH of course.....

I still need a bushing for the top pin of my mower and have lots of spare pipe so I'm going to try your idea. Thanks for the idea.

Pipe will work; but it is a little soft from a wear standpoint. Wear is the same problem with not using any bushings. The pins are hardened and the QH hooks are mild steel.

Just installed a set of RanchEx quick hitch adapter bushings on my 3 pt. rotary mower lift pins and what a difference! No more slop and won't have to worry about the mower lift pins jumping out of the Cat. 1 quick hitch arms. Highly recommend the adapter bushings for anyone using the HF or similar Cat. 1 quick hitch. Got them on Amazon for $9.95 for a set. Item #102074.

Great price! I still have one extra set on the shelf so I don't need more, but at that price, I told Mrs.tiller to get me 2 sets.
