If when using a quick hitch and your pto shalf is at an angle, which turn buckle has what affect? On moving centline for pto shalf?

The Pto angle should be determined by your 3pt lift setting. The angle should be almost the same w/ or w/o QH. If the angle is not acceptable you must change the attachment 3pt pins height relative to ground (welding). If you have to do this the attachment may not be sized for your tractor.
