If I were to put a quick hitch and a hydraulic ram top link, will I still be able to hook up to any implement ? I have a box blade bush hog scraper blade and an auger, I'm guessing I'll have to make adjustments to my attachments to fit the quick hitch ?

Most post hole diggers can't use a quick hitch since they don't use a top link at all. A bush hog may or may not work, depending on how it gets the needed flex. Other implements may or may not work, depending on how close to this diagram the implement is. Many quick hitch top hooks are height adjustable, so the top pin height is not critical. Access for the hook to reach the pin may be more of a problem than the pin height.
