This is the second summer for it. I don't remember the size. They installed the wall unit as high as possible, cut a four inch hole thru the wall and ran all the hoses, etc. out to the unit sitting on a plastic covered concrete base. Took them more time running the electrical thru the attic and down the wall to the outside unit. Sometimes the fan is turning fast, sometimes probably 60 rpm.
One strange feature is the heat sensor. It adjusts the vents to blow cool air at the hottest spot in the room. So if I walk in from outside and I'm all hot and sweaty I feel a gentle breeze of cool air blowing on me.
This unit replaced a large noisy power eating window unit. Cost about ten times as much but now we can sit in the sunroom and actually talk.
