Tires R4 vs Turf Tire sizing for JD750

Hi All, I know this question has been addressed in some form or another on other models so here goes. I have a mfwd 750 with turfs that are shot. I would like to either have a very aggressive turf like the galaxy mighty mow (not avail in my size), or R4 tires (my preference). From what I understand, the 770 and 790 used the same size turfs, so I am thinking their R4 wheels and tires would fit my tractor and maintain the correct aspect ratio. Anyone have an opinion on this. I have contacted three jd dealers and have yet to get a definitive answer.

Turf Tires for tractor 13.6-16 rear, 25x8.5-14 front,
AG is 4.00-15 and 9.5-24

The R-4 tires on the front of my 1998 MFWD 770 are 6.00-12 and the R-4's on the rear are 12.4-16. The generic owners manual I got says standard fronts are 6.50-10, but not on mine. I'm not the original owner so it's possible the wheels and tires in front were changed but I don't believe so. With 450 hrs on the tractor the fronts are showing a fair amount of wear so I believe they are original as are the rears.
