Rad refill on B2920

To anybody with the answer or a shop manual...

Is there a special technic to refill the rad on the B2920 (I've installed a cab from SIMS with heater)?

Or is it just run and add as needed?

Since you added extra heater hoses and a heater core the manual won't help,
Just fill up the radiator and overflow turn on the heater run the tractor to operating temp.
Then let it cool down refill if needed and run again. You should be fine.

I've done this squeezing the upper and lower rad hoses to try and get any bubbles out...have added fluid but it doesn't seem to be heating up?

Any suggestions?

Try loosening the clamp on the return heater hose when the tractor is running with the radiator cap off.
The tractor must be cool enough to remove the radiator cap so be careful.
Just wiggle the hose without removing it to let the air out, once antifreeze is coming out tighten the clamp.

Will attempt wax man! Very tight clearances and spinning fan blade...could be dangerous.

Any other way of doing this when it is off?

You could remove the fan belt before trying the procedure.

Have heat!!!

Problem was that the instructions did not specify to remount the thermostat above the supplied machined aluminum block! Therefore I had to wait for the thermostat to open before getting heat! Duh
