What's your High reading? I'm slowly working on it... reading below:

I had 3x 3" PVC pipes mounted that allows access from the basement to the attic. Radon, solar panels electrical connection, and an extra one.

That's high. Anybody with 4 or more should get a vac system installed.

FWIW, I use a Corentium radon detector for my RE deals.

How is a filter going to remove radon gas from the air ?
So THIER claim is that Radon breaks down and is attached to dust, you inhale dust with the broken down Radon on it...

I'm calling Snake Oil on the Radon Filter

Given the short half life of radon. We just hang our coats in front of an ordinary floor fan for 20-30 minutes. By that time the radon has decayed away.

Doing some this weekend.... Just finished the hole in the concrete... Have to dig out the gravel and need to re-measure a pipe and re-cut to connect it. Need to go backs to Lowes and buy more stuff... So, what do you use to seal the pipe to concrete???

This was $45 and a hour with a half hour to pickup and drop off:

Hydraulic cement is what I used. It actually expands as it hardens so works well in this application. Beware it sets SUPER fast.

Paddy, I hope this is OK and not hijacking but rather adding to this thread... So I (almost) finished putting in our system. The fan is on and the out put of the fan is pointing to the ridge vent in the attic (ran out of time and brain cells). I had out modular company install 3 pipes from basement to attic, the did 3" pipe so that's what I used. After I drilled the 4" hole, less than 12 hours the monitor jumped from 11 parts to 18 parts... and since that is an "average" for 24 hours, I guessed I was working in 25 parts for a few hours.

I dug out the hole to 15" of course my luck there was a rock down there... and actually NOT much gravel under the slab... :(

So the pipe would drop in, I put this stop in. The metal was front my Kubota's seat that broke off...

So I reset the meter to see if I reduce anything or did I just spread radon in the whole attic!?!?
