Use industrial eye bolts. Drill holes in the rail flange and use shackles. Find sturdy places on the frame for the eye bolts. Be aware the rails snag on whatever and bend things! With some attachments it may be possible to use a smaller bolt that will break.
Draging can be either straight or angled. When angled you always incorporate the windrow in the next pass. Doing this will help grade the field much smoother than straight.
Usually attachment depends on what tools and material are on hand.
