Just know it's the same problem only reverse else where.
We can't steal rain! I got 1/2" yesterday, first in 6 weeks!
6-7 years ago I got 29" of rain in 3 weeks in the month of May.
We can get 5" of rain and it will be gone in an hour. First we have to get it!
