I was born in Oklahoma and lived there until I was almost 17, except for a short time in Baltimore when I was a baby. For my first 5 years in school, there were more Indians than whites in the school and our nearest neighbors, and my best friend, were Choctaw. So I know just a little bit (not much) about the tribes in Oklahoma, but unfortunately, know a lot less than I should about the others.
