So many responders, so I’m not sure who’s dimensions you are looking for.
For mine, the side beds, or legs of the “U” are approximately 3 feet wide x 18 feet long. One leg is approximately 22” deep and the other is 15” deep. The base of the “U” is 6 feet wide x 12 feet long x 22” deep.
Peppers and such are in the deeper/taller leg, tomatoes in the shorter leg. Squash, zucchini, and cucumbers in the base section. I’ll grab some current pictures. Everything has taken off like crazy. Eating squash and zucchini several times a week from only two plants of each.

Kicking around an idea for an open area on a mild slope that's proven to be too rocky for planting.

Thinking of setting a frame like you would for a deck, 4x4s sunk into the ground, connected by 2x6s leveled about 18-24" above ground. The planters would be made separately and placed on top of the frame. Planter boxes would be sized to be able to be lifted off frames, even when filled with dirt. That would be determined by the capabilities of the tractor involved. In my case, probably no more than 2' x 4' or maybe 3' by 6'. Unsure of depth, maybe 12-18".

They'd have to be spaced 8-10' apart to allow for mowing and other tractor movement between them and spraying of weedkiller under them.
