I'm trying to find out if the Chinese have made an inexpensive model yet? I searched hard on this topic and haven't found anything recent. York, Frontier, Woods, and Land Pride. Of all of them, I really like the Woods. Having an offset is a big deal for me.
I have a couple thousand foot driveway, very steep at parts, all gravel. The box blade won't cut it as the tilt of the drive for water runoff just helps the gravel run to one side. I've been using the BB and an old weighted bed frame to finish the drive but my neighbor ran over my favorite implement, the bed frame.
Initially I going to just by a nice blade so I could bring the gravel back up to the high side. After searching, I saw these landscape rakes with drop down blades. I think this would be the perfect tool for keeping my drive in good shape. Unfortunately most of them cost around a grand. I could get a nice blade and separate rake for the same price but much more use of a good blade.
Anyone know of some landscape rakes with drop down blades and rear tires for a decent ($500ish) price? Thanks.
