I am not familiar with Ranch King Tractors but often rain water ends up getting in through cracked shift boots. All I saw on King Ranch via Google were garden tractors. If this is what you have, is the engine air cooled or water cooled?

I think they are chinese tractors sold through "Ranch King" stores. A rebranded Foton.

OP, is there a plugged drain hole in the bottom of the bellhousing.

from what i have learned this tractor is a foton tractor, it was sold at a rual king store,im not sure but i would think that there must be some sort of plate that might not of been installed during the assembly , because there is a big hole in the bell housing , the step and part of the dash is bolted on when every thing is on the hole is not noticable , but yet it is a point of entry for water, i know that i am going to make a plate and sealicon it be for i call this done.thank you for your reply. and no there is not a hole in the bell, i am thinking about drilling a 3/8 hole in there, just in case.
