If looks have anything to do with sales/popularity, you'd have to give a nod to the Farmall H/M series, and the JD 4020 and 4440. As I recall, these are among the most popular tractors ever sold.
Another favorite of mine is the 1953 NAA Ford-I'm partial to that one because my Grandfather had one. Spent a lot of time on it when I was younger....Still wish I could.
Seems like several of our favorites where designed by Raymond Loewy.

I cannot find the production numbers....which I have seen.....but I am quite certain the Ford N series tractors out-sold any other tractor model by a huge margin. Those M's and H's and B's are good sellers....but not near the numbers of the little N Fords. Those 4020's and such don't even come close. (if I'm on the right page) As far as looks....the sales numbers look pretty good over at those old N's. (grin)
