I just got a new set of Quad Box wrenches made by Gear Wrench GearWrench™ . These are handy to carry on the tractor. I now only carry 4 box end wrenches and an adjustable wrench. These will take care of any problems I have until I get back home.

I have many sets of gearwrench tools. They are really handy. I probably use the flex heads the most. I dont have those quad boxes yet but they look nice. I bought a set for our shop we have here at work for doing maintenance on our fire equipment during the winter months. Every one laughed at them at first. Since then I have bought many more sets because they are always the first tools anyone grabs to start wrenching.....they take abuse very well. Hutch

I have a set and they work nice, One issue , sometimes when using quite a bit of torque on them they will stick and I will have to whack them on something to get them to ratchet in the other direction. Still the best ratchet wrenches I have tried.

Gearwrenches are great, at first I thought what a waste. Once I tried one out I was sold. Many places a socket just does not fit into, but the gearwrench fits.

I got a 'craftsman club' flyer in the mail yesterday advertising sets of 8 for $100 with some freebie. Might be worth a look - good for a week.

Stanley has a set that is sold at Walmart for $49, 3/8 through 3/4 but no 11/16" not a bad set for the money. I saw the at Lowe's w/pivoting heads for $78. I've also owned a Cresent brand set that were good. Gearwrench makes a set of open topped sockets that will work on all thread bolts that are nice too, about $80.

My first set of Gear Wrench tools came from Lowe's about 3 years ago. It has a small socket set and 5 of the most common sizes of wrenches. I cary this set everywhere with me. Since I love that set, I bought a Craftsman set with larger sizes which are reversable. They aren't cheap, but I wouldn't trade mine for any other type of wrench. Does away with the need for deep well sockets too. Just my 2 cents.
