RC60-82H Replacement (Kubota Death)

Do you think I could retrofit Kubota 60 inch midmount mower to an 85' B8200 HST With loader subframe. Mine after 15 years just died. Sad . I have a metal shop in my barn with mill and lathe. or put a 3pt on it my father insisted on a mid mount (I'm only 12 and know more about it then him) Have Fun!! (I'm going to go put it to rest with the loader)

First, let me tip my hat to ya... I like your attitude...

Now, before you yank that "bad" mower off... take some pictures from different angles...make notes on how the "old" unit is mounted...

Put the new one you want to try next to it in position... what mounts can you pull off the old and put on the new deck...

Without reinventing the wheel, you should be able to tell if it will work or not... the major problem will be the mid-pto hookup...

If all else fails, buy a 3-Pt KingKutter 6' super mower for $999.!

Alex, I agree with John; like your attitude. Wish I could help, but don't know anything about those models myself. John's advice sounds good to me.
