Thanks to all who posted on this topic before. I learned a lot, but I'm still confused about the center spindle on this mower. The lateral spindles are no problem. I just grease them until grease starts coming out of the holes in the cups underneath the deck. The center spindle is different. It doesn't take very much grease before the grease starts appearing on top of the deck (underneath the gear box). This worries me because I'm afraid the bearings are not getting grease. There appears to be no way to fill the cup on this spindle since every squirt I put in simply appears on the top of the deck. I doesn't seem like removing the blade and cup would make any difference (I haven't done this) since the grease would still just accumulate on the top of the deck. How the heck does one grease the center spindle? I now have about 20 hours on the mower.
