Cut the mushroom off the pin and use a proper size pin punch to push the pin out. If that still fails, drill the pin all the way through, it should be relatively soft. I doubt you bent the vertical 1" piece that holds the wheel, but either way the pins have to come out.

Even if you cant drill out all the pin, drilling it so that both ends (the "stop" end and the "ring" end are below the face of the bores (3/16 or 1/4"ish deep from the surface) should free up the 1" to push out. Use a piece of brass on the 1" so you dont mushroom it if it is stuck.

The bores/bracket on the deck where the 1" goes through arent sold by Kubota, however you can get seamless tubing in the correct size to work if you end up cutting the bores out of the deck. Right now, within the next couple days I got to replace the bores on my ZD because my front antiscalps are all egged out. I got replacement bores for my ZD here, they are sold as hydraulic cylinder cross tubes that might not be the correct size for your mower, but the correct ones are out there (or can be made at a local machine shop).
