Ready for Dear Season to start this weekend

I've put a lot of moose meat in my freezer, (something like 25)

But, I finally got sick of it, and quit shooting them no matter how easy they were to get! lol

I'd rather eat caribou, any day!!

Here are the two caribou I've taken. One in Quebec and the other in Alaska. They where excellent eating, but the meat is very dark and I was unsure at first how it would taste. I've eaten moose that others have shot and didn't feel it was a good as caribou.
