Those sound like great Kioti prices, and agree RX and 5000 E series aren't apples-to-apples... Kioti much better equipped. I ended up with a LS XU5065CPS (cab, power shuttle) last year when cross-shopping the three brands -- better price (lower for equiv. HP + std rear remotes, radio, no charge R4s, etc.), better dealer relationship, 5 year power train warranty, and so I could add an OEM backhoe. It also has the advantage of not using a DPF that would require periodic regen cycles and maintenance.
Having said that and used it for a year: PS is great and rarely wish I had hydro, backhoes and cabs are friggin awesome (albeit not necessarily together when controls are isolated), and so far it has been worth it to me to have a beefier Cat II UT vs large CUT that (IMO) I consider the NX, XR (LS), and comparable tractor series to be... subtle things like longer/wider wheelbase, heavier weight, roomier cab, higher lift capacities that leave a little extra vs. maxing out on big projects and implements.
If price and dealer situation were reversed, I likely would have been happier with the RX cab. Very nice, smooth tractors and I hear great fuel economy for their size/HP. So glad I paid the extra for a cab... and figure my resale will be better if I should ever need to sell later on. The only downside is it won't fit under 8' garage doors or those aforementioned tree limbs. LS XU series worth a look too if you want something sorta in between a NX and RX in size/weight, and LS P series if you want a much larger ag tractor and don't mind regular shuttle shift (higher HP models with PS get pricey). The JD, MF, Case, and Kubotas were also nice, but too much $$ in my experience. A motivated dealer could have sold me any of those color tractors, but think RX is still compelling on its own merits exclusive of price.
