First off, if it's in decent shape, you'll be pleased with a Massey Ferguson 165. VERY good tractors....Good hp to weight ratio, good engines (both gas and diesels) VERY simple design and construction....which makes them easy to work on when the time comes.
Most routine maintenance can be done in the field. If you ever require "major repairs", and find yourself in need of a way to haul your tractor to a shop, call any auto wrecker service that has a rollback. I've had a number of them moved this way. Quick, easy to load, and they'll be LEGAL!
Get that 165 up in great shape and don't worry about repairs! They're just that darn reliable too!
