Quite awhile back, I saw the posting where someone (I can't remember who) fabricated a lever for controlling the 3 pt hitch while standing at the rear of the tractor on a TN, I believe. Well, the idea stuck with me and since it can be aggravating to hook up equipment and climb back in the cab several times to adjust the hitch, I finally got busy in the shop one afternoon and built such a lever. It is the best thing since a bib on overalls. I saved more time hooking up equipment (disc mower, tedder, and baler) this past weekend for my first hay cutting than it took me to make the lever. I think that I will make one for the TC40 too, even though it doesn't have a cab - the lever is pretty hard to reach. I will attach a picture if I can remember how.
