Kubota B3200 w/ BH77 & 12", 18" & 24" buckets, Kubota B50 SSQA w/ 54" & 60" buckets, LandPride FDR1660, Artillian Fork frame, Extreme 3pt rake, Concrete Mixer, MyTractorTools grapple adapter
Has anybody bought one of these recently?

From what I've been reading the Kubota rear blowers for the B3200 are available in 51" width or 64" width.

I would be looking at the 64" model. I would like to get the hydraulic chute rotate and deflector adjustment - but I may
just add it later also.

What sort of pricing should I expect on these? Do the dealers discount them at all if they've still got them on the lot
when the warm weather shows up?

From what I understand the Kubota blowers are made for them by Blizzard - which seems to get good reviews. The other
brand I was looking at was Pronovost.

Either one of those would be fine - both well made and will last a long time. I ended up with the Kubota since the dealer was closer. (and the color matches.. :) Hydraulic chute rotation works well.

If you don't mind me asking - about how much did the blower with the chute rotation cost?

Hi Jim,

Sorry did not see your message - probably way past due - apologies for that. To tell you the truth, it was part of a deal when I traded in the B3200 for the B3030 and so no real breakdown per say.. Also I don't think the Canadian price would really be a good indicator for you? Your price would likely be less? Once again, apologies for not getting back to you sooner!!

No problem. This is going to be a longish term project. Once my time frees up I'll be looking around to see what's available. I'm leaning towards Pronovost - but I'll see what happens.

I have the 64" 'Kubota' rear blower and am very happy with it. Width wise it is a great match for the B3200 (clears the path of the tractor and rarely bogs the engine down).

I have the manual rotation and no chute deflector control. I find the rotation easy to use and I set the chute deflector 2 winters ago and haven't felt the need to re adjust! I would try the manual options and add hydraulics if they do not suit your needs.

With manual rotation I paid around $2200 CDN (~7% off list at the time) for the blower as a part of the tractor package and it was the least discounted item by quite a percentage. Currently my dealer has 10% advertised off list of all in stock blowers. I bought mine in the late summer......

Thanks for the info. I sold my other blower (an old Loftness 54" that didn't really throw all that far using the 540rpm PTO on the B3200) - last Friday. And snow season it almost at an end here. I'm going to look around over the spring/summer and see what I can find. I'd really like to get a Pronovost because I've heard nothing but good things about them - but if the Kubota is seriously cheaper then I may go that route. Gonna have to see what I can find.
