Rear blade angle cylinder bent rod

No a crossover wont work due to the fluid differences. Ignore the fact that there is a piston for a moment. You are shoving a 1-1/4" solid rod into a confined cylinder full of fluid. That HAS to displace fluid somewhere. If the valve is closed....there is no where for it to go....crossover or not. It has to EXIT the system....IE...bust a hose or bend/break something as seen.

Now a 3-1/2" cylinder would make a world of difference.

In my above math....assuming kingpin is 6" away and 8:1 mechanical advantage. The 3" cylinder allows you 2200# of force in compression and 1800# of force in extension at the edges of the blade with 2500psi.

Now a 3-1/2 would be about 3000# compression and 2500# in extension. So just going to 3.5" cylinder gives you almost 50% more ability before over-pressurizing the system.
