I have a 2216 Gear with rear chains and a 6' rear blade. Because of the way my driveway is I don't angle the blade and most of what I do is pull the snow to an area on the lawn and drop it and go back for another pass. This usually works OK with dry to moderately damp snow up to about 6"-8" or so. The 2216 will fishtail if I angle the blade and the snow is heavy.
