Here's a few pics of how I mounted my pipe. I did get 2 slightly longer bolts for bolting it on.

Greg, thanks for the description and pictures.

Has anyone here attached 1-in thick horse stall Matt to extend 4 or 5 inches below the cutting edge?
My driveway is 2,500 ft gravel covered with a bit of a hump in the middle.
Any solid straight surface will remove snow from the hump and leave it in the tracks.

Was thinking of stall matt in three pieces with the center a bit higher.

Thcri your next purchase should be a snow pusher. WR Long makes them in both 60" and 72". You'll be done in half the time or less with one.

I just wanted to let you know that a lot of the "riding up" on the snow by the blade can be eliminated by adjusting the top link longer to angle the cutting edge forward and down which makes it cut in a lot better.

I was wondering if adjusting the top link would help. I know right now it is as short as it will go. I shall move her out some

If you are grading gravel or topsoil and want to move it and spread it at the same time, shortening the top link will angle the cutting edge back and down and do a much better job. Just the opposite of what works well for cutting into hard packed snow or dirt. The first drags the dirt/snow and spreads it out into shallow dips etc, the second cuts into and basically shoves the dirt/snow forward more.
