rear blade gauge wheels

I am trying to locate a pair of brackets like this for my 6' woods rear blade.
Does anyone know if they are ready made or custom, and if there is a good source?

These are a bit crude but have worked well for me the past five years. Adjustments are done with the slots in the brackets. I adjust them so the blade is just a tad above the ground. The wheels came from TSC.

Thank's big dad,I am hoping to wind up with a more adjustable design when the smoke clears. But I like your direct approach. It is odd that the manufacturers don't have a more simplistic design that is adjustable.
