Corriher has series 22 blades on Ebay. Click here... Corriher 22 Blade on Ebay

Their shipping rates don't seem to be as low as they were a year ago, but they have great product ( Midwest usually...they'll tell you if you ask ) and better customer service.

Thomas,

I bought the Midwest RB22-60 two months ago for $285 plus freight from Corriher. The shipping to the Yellow Freight terminal in Bedford, NH was around $92. I am pleased with it, and also intend to use the offset feature for snow removal.

After calling around locally, I concluded I was better off buying from a sponsor of this site. Same thing with the tooth bar I just ordered from Carver. My local dealer tried to sell me a skid steer tooth bar for my B7500, they had no clue.

How big of a blade should I get for a 25hp tractor w/ FWA?
I'm thinking 6' as that sould allow me to still cover my tracks (about 46") with the blade angled. Am I thinking right?

I was at the local dealership today and they just picked up the King Kutter line. I noticed that they had a 6ft rear blade that you could offset right or left and it was $290

IMCA38,

Yes, that is correct, you definitely want to cover your tracks.

Not sure what you meant by FWA, if 4-wheel drive then a six-footer should be no problem /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I also bought a Midwest 22-60 (60 inch) from Corriher, shipped to Bedford, NH. Yellow trucking in Bedford will use a forklift and set it in the back of your truck (mounted on a pallet) and you can easily use the FEL to pull it out. Great service, great product from Corriher. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I have a kioti 1914 which is a bit less than 4' in width. Can I get away with a 5' blade as far as angle goes?

I have been thinking about a rear blade. But I got a dirt scoop first. I am still considering a rear blade though. Just have not pulled the trigger yet.

"Can I get away with a 5' blade as far as angle goes? "

Reckon that depends on how much you're going to angle the blade. Suggest you try 25° to 30° for snow. You should be pretty close then. If you want to trig it out, the length of the blade would be the hypotenuese. You'd want to calculate the base (of the triangle) at what ever angle you think you need. (as I'd suggested, try 25° and 30°). As long as the base of the triangle exceeds 48" (the width of your Kioti), you should be fine.
