Hi,mad referee I read on another post( I did like you said and found this info on the search thanks again) that I can tap into the power beyond port off of the loader control valve with another valve like you mentioned in this other thread. So this finally leads me to my question please forgive me for my lack of knowledge but how do I know which port is the power beyond port on the fel control valve?Do you have any pictures? THANKS,BULL

There should be a picture in your owners manual showing the front hydraulic block that the loader valve's hoses connect to. The connection that is labeled "from implement outlet" is the hose that comes from the loader valve's power beyond. The implement in this case is the loader valve. The return to tank line can be connected via a tee fitting to the transmission where the loader valve's retrun to tank line connects. See your user and loader manuals for more information.

Hi, I found the power beyond in my manual its actually labeled power beyond .let me see if I understand you correctly I should disconect the pbv hose at the loader control valve and come off of the valve right at this port with a hose to supply the new double control valve and then come out of the new valves pbv and connect that back into the hose that I disconnected from the loader valve and then tee into the return line on the tractor and run the line from the new valve return to this tee. Then I will have the valve pressurised and return plumbing done is this right? If so then all I need to do is come off of the new double control valve with four hoses that will make up my remotes right? Man you sure know your hydraulics this sight is great.THANKS,BULL

It's usually easier to do the following: <ul type="square"> [*]Disconnect the loader valve's PB hose from the hydraulic block. [*]Connect this hose to your aux valve's inlet port using either a single longer hose or a shorter hose and a union fitting. [*]Connect the PB outlet of your aux valve to the hydraulic block where the loader valve hose was connected. [*]Connect the return to tank line from your aux valve to the loader valve's return to tank line using a tee fitting. This can be done where the line goes into the transmission. [*]Connect the aux valve work ports to your TNT cylinders using the correct fittings and QD's on the valve end. [/list]You are now set to rock and roll.

Ok ,great thanks that sounds easier. now how do I determine proper length cylinders for the tnt ? also what about the ends for the tilt cylinder , does it come with the right ends or can I remove the ends from the stock arm and either weld them to the cylinder or screw them in ? THANKS,BULL

Get a tape measure and measure the retracted and extended length of what you got now./forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

When purchasing commonly available cylinders you probably will not find exactly what you want, size wise, with the correct ends. A little bigger is ok, a little smaller might not be. It is up to you to cut and weld new ends.

However, I recommend that you purchase the cylinders from CCM (when they get some in stock). The wait will be worth it. They will have double pilot operated check valves which will prevent leakdown which WILL happen with non-check valve cylinders. Do a search here on TBN for "check valves" to find tons of info about double pilot operated check valves for TNT cylinders.

Hi ,mad thanks alot .I should be ok with the top cylinder ends it looks like the one at ccm comes with the ends on. but does the side cylinder ? I saw your set up it looks great. what did you do for the side on yours? THANKS,BULL

I bought the side link from the now defunct IE. It is slightly longer than what I wanted and the extra length comes with its own set of goemetry problems for the 3pt. I rarely ever install and use it.
