Rear hydraulics CK25/30HST

Whats involved with installing the hydraulics on the back?(cost, materials, etc) for using backhoe and other rear implements?

If your loader valve has "power beyond" then it is pretty simple. Tap into the power beyond ports on the valve, run pipe or hose to the rear of the tractor where you'd install 2 quick connects, tap a valve in those lines in a convenient place between the power beyond ports and the quick connects and there you have it. Some brands actually sell a kit that you can add to your tractor and do as a user install. Rough guess on a dealer installed set up price, $500. Could be as high as $1000 if you don't have power beyond or you want to do something a bit fancy. Prices would include the hardware and labor. I never priced a kit, but I know some are available, although they are tractor specific.

I haven't done it, but Kioti offers rear remote kits that are pretty easily installed. Someone PM'd me about his install a while back, but I can't remember what day it is, let alone who it was!
The remote kit states that the rear wheel and fender be removed, but this poster told me that wasn't necessary. You just hook the kit up to the main valve and run the hoses to the back.
I'm not sure on price, but I think it's only in the $300 range. Jon DePratt or other Kioti dealer could probably tell you.

I'm thinking I read a post on this not long ago on the CK 25/30 .
The rearmote kit may have been in the $350 area for the first set and $250 area for the second set. I'm going by memory here so please don't quote me on that figure.
Once you have rear remotes, top and tilt cyinders on the 3 point are a must have item /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

I've got rear remotes on mine, seems like they ran close to 900 bucks installed. I'd love to do the TNT, but CCM hasn't gotten back with the info I e'd them about a couple of weeks ago. Seems like sombody said they were out of stock till the fall.

To do the TNT as shown in the attachment does one need just one set of hydraulics?
What would two accomplish?

You need 1 set of remotes for each cylinder.
If you have 1 set of remotes you can run a hydraulic top link, but you will need a 2nd set of remotes to operate the tilt cylinder.

The controls for the remotes and TNT cylinders are the small levers just in front of the position/draft control levers
