JD 4110
Hi fellas,
I talked to the JD dealer this morning and he's having trouble finding the rear hydraulic kit for the 4110. I hope they are still available, does anyone know of an after market supplier other than JD where I could piece one together if it turns out to be not available from JD?
Thanks, oscer

Yes there are real good after market suppliers for hydraulics I juts don't recall them but someone will reply soon. Also you can do a little search in TBN to look up prior post on the subject. Good luck

Your tractor is very close to the 2000 series machines. I have a complete 3 SCV kit for the 2000 series for $1000. We would need to do some cross referencing, but that gets you an idea for cost.

Let me know if you are interested, good luck. ;) Here is a link to a video.

Hello again folks,
I just spoke with the local JD dealer and he told me that the only kit available for the 4110 to add rear hydraulics couples on to the hydraulics for the fel and it's an either or proposition.

Brian, have you ever seen a 4110 with both top and tilt and a front end loader working at the same time?

No, never even seen a 4110 in person. When you say all at the same time, I assume that you mean that there would be 4 separate controls and that each function could be operated with out connecting and disconnecting hoses? If you are truly interested in doing this, email me at Fit Rite Hydraulics and I will do some research to get an idea of which way we can do this. Very simple and clean on a 2000 series machine. ;)

I have a 4110, there was never a kit for rear remotes, only the kit to extend the ones from the front to the rear as you mentioned. And there was also the power beyond kit as well.

The 4110 is very similar to the 2320, 2520, and 2720. there are some good threads I can link later tonight, as well the one from my own 2-spool install.

Of course Brian can help as well...it will be just like Jason's 2720 install Brian.

As far as working the T-N-T at the same time as the FEL, you can do it providing the FEL is not using all the pump fluid.

An example is say you have 10 GPM flow, and the FEL is using 5 GPM, then that leaves 5 GPM for the T-N-T.

Now, if the FEL is using all the pump fluid, then there is none for the remote or 3pt, as all the cyl fluid is going to tank.

There are plenty of valves on Surplus for the T-N-T operation if you care to do all the work your self and save about half.

Just source out the valve, hoses and fittings and a place to mount the valve.

Thanks for the links Kenny, I talked to the dealer again today and he said the PB is no longer available for the 4110. I'll do some more checking tomorrow.

All you need from the dealer is the special "plug" mentioned in the threads I linked, all the hoses and fittings are easily sourced elsewhere.
